It has almost been a week since the beautiful memorial service for Grandma Gaye. Our hearts are still overflowing with joy that she is with Jesus! Thank you so much for making it possible to those of us that could not be in Chicago for the service, but to be a part of the memories and testimony through the website. What a wonderful family tribute to their mom, grandmother or great-mother! We could see Jesus through it all and were blessed by the wonderful Godly legacy both Grandpa Sam and Grandma Gaye left for not only family members but friends and strangers as well! We were thankful that our granddaughters Harper and Ella were there to hear first hand what a Godly life resembles. Our continued prayers for the family as we wait, for all of us that know Christ, to see Him with Grandma and Grandpa Wolgemuth in heaven someday! III John verse 4 states, “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.” This is what we must do to carry on the legacy!

Love,

“Tass” and Kathy

Grace Wolgemuth: What a beautiful model of God’s grace. By her life, and the lives of her children and grandchildren, she showed those of us who knew her, some up close and others from a distance. what it means to be a Godly woman. She left this world a better place by her being here.
Thank you, GRACE!

I extend sympathy and also join you in your celebration on behalf of the congregation of Fairview Avenue Brethren in Christ Church. Having recently been appointed as the pastor, I am reaping the benefits of Rev. & Mrs. Wolgemuth’s investment in this part of God’s Kingdom. May the God of comfort strengthen us all to continue the work. May He grant peace, comfort, and strength to you.
